I think I'd like to hang out with this crew. Or are they just a different version of the Justice League and mocking of the justice league, the Vindicators .  I don't think there's a more creative show ever.  I know the Simpsons were revolutionary, Futurama, Family Guy, Archer, Bob's Burgers, Disenchantment: Imaginative and real, dialogue and action, visual and dialogue driven, playful and serious. 

So America created a monster in Afghanistan to get the Soviet Union out of there, more than 20 years ago. We supported a force to drive the Soviets out. Nevermind who they really were and the ultimate consequences. We poured money into the country for 20 years to try, what? Foster democracy? We don't even have it in the USA. How about we get rid of gerrymandering? How about the neutralize growing fascism in the USA. Biden pulls out and he's unempathetic ? I don't get that. That's grabbing the firebrand by the wrong end, using our own liberal sensibilities against us. I can deconstruct you too. Everyone is a bundle of contradictions. That doesn't mean we can't act in our own best interests, strive to be integrated. Afghan has a right to govern itself, without being propped up. Are they choosing some questionable choices, against our American sensibilities? Are people being oppressed and hurt? Have women been marginalized? Is the fundamentalist group running the

Takuya Kuroda is a 41 year old Japanese jazz trumpeter.  I'm going to listen to him on spotify  and YouTube today. This one on YouTube is pretty fun. Blurb from Wikipedia: Kuroda came to music by joining his school's big band. Later he frequently visited jam sessions in Kobe. In 2003 he moved to the United States and was a course participant at Berklee College of Music before settling in Brooklyn, New York City. At the much less expensive College of Performing Arts of The New School he studied Jazz and Contemporary Music, earning his degree in 2006. His study colleague José James became a close friend and musical partner, in 2014 producing his studio album Rising Son. He has 6 CDs, appears on some  Jose James CDs. Jose James is a vocalist ( spotify ). Tak is from Ashiya, Hyōgo on Osaka Bay where the city Kobe dominates. There is a Frank Lloyd Wright house there,  Yodokō Guest House . Haruki Murakami is from there too! But when you look at his entry he's from Kyoto. The

One article today in the NY Post is about how the new incoming mayor Eric Adams can ignore teachers and the anti-cop people.  Adams will be the next mayor if he can beat the Republican challenger Curtis Sliwa in a primarily democratic city, where there is no succession from NYC to draw out the conservative Staten Island voters--the way Giuliani got into office. Giuliani's mayoral being is credited with those who don't want to be New Yorkers. Another article is about what a hypocrite Obama is to have people flying in for his birthday party, and nobody wore masks. It's pretty hard to beat the height of Republican hypocrisy where you're against something until it somehow affects you personally, and then you flip flop. My thought is first of all, you can't use our values against us. Catholics don't really care how hypocritical they seem, their line of authority goes through the priests. What do they think? They don't really care what some non-believer thinks.
